Unshaped refractory for Ladle
Production Process:
1、Castable of ladle permanent lining: It is made of special synthetic sand and bauxite as main raw materials, and compounding water reducing agent and binder are added and mixed.
2、Self-flowing castable of ladle block brick: fused corundum, tabular corundum as the main raw material, adding composite water reducing agent, bonding agent by mixing.
3、Masonry mortar: using magnesia as the main raw material, adding composite binder and mixing
4、Carbon-free castable for ladle: It is made by fused corundum and tabular corundum as raw materials, and composite water reducing agent and binder are added and mixed.
Main application:
1、Castable of ladle permanent lining: used for casting all kinds of ladle permanent lining
2、Self-flowing castable of ladle block brick: used for pouring ladle gas-permeable brick and seating block.
3、Masonry mortar: used when ladle masonry
4、Carbon-free castable for ladle: used for casting of carbon-free refining ladle bottom and working lining of metal zone.
